Pam eventually chose to coach Crossfit solely as well as personal training. She has a background in sports nutrition and holds a Level 2 Crossfit Coaching certificate.

When walking into the gym you will probably find her listening to loud music and sneaking in a boogie in between sets.
I’m Amy 😊, a Chemistry teacher by day, and CrossFit coach by night. I have been doing CrossFit for 10 years now and coaching for 6 years.
Originally, I used to run long distance and somehow found my way into OCR. An injury pushed me to seek another sport and I came across CrossFit – walked into my first class and haven’t looked back since. I love Olympic lifting, specifically the snatch, as well as any upside-down gymnastics, and my all-time favourite workout is DT. I love all animals, rubbish pop music and trash TV shows in my downtime, as well as going for long hikes with my dog, Nina.
I have been coaching CrossFit since 2021. I discovered CrossFit in 2018 and immediately fell in love with its methodology. Having a Bachelors Degree in Physical Education I get to use what I studied everyday, both in CrossFit coaching, Sports lecturing, as well as for Personal Training. After three years of training and competing in CrossFit, I decided to add to my teaching role and obtain my CrossFit Level 1 certificate. Helping others improve their own personal fitness and allowing members a better quality of life is the reason why I love coaching. My favourite movements are mostly gymnastics based as well as weightlifting.
I am a people-oriented person, I am driven by results and clients achieving their goals. This is what drove me to get my CrossFit L1 coaching certificate and to start coaching at Tripod. I have a passion for outdoors, travelling, scouting, fitness and Crossfit. I enjoy camping, long hikes and water-based activities.
David discovered CrossFit in 2014 and has been immersed in the sport ever since. With over a decade of hands-on experience, his coaching blends deep technical knowledge with a practical, athlete first approach.
He holds the CrossFit Level 1 and Level 2 Trainer Certificates, CrossFit Gymnastics and Advanced Gymnastics, as well as the CrossFit Weightlifting Course. His dedication to movement efficiency and performance has also led him to complete rowing certifications from Dark Horse Rowing and Concept2.
Beyond certifications, David has participated in numerous specialty workshops and seminars covering weightlifting, kettlebells, and gymnastics, continuously sharpening his eye for movement and expanding his coaching toolkit.
For David, learning is a lifelong commitment. He firmly believes that coaches should remain students, always evolving and never settling, because there’s no such thing as being “knowledgeable enough” when it comes to helping others move better, train smarter, and perform at their best.
I have a deep passion for fitness. I rediscovered this passion in 2016 when I gave birth to my second child and began attending fitness classes that allowed me to bring my son along. This was a great way for me to stay active and healthy while also being able to prioritize my responsibilities as a parent. The convenience of being able to incorporate fitness into my busy life as a parent was especially motivating for me. I continued on my fitness journey by taking up obstacle course training and participating in OCR races locally and abroad. However, during the COVID-19 pandemic, I discovered CrossFit and have been an active member of Tripod Fitness ever since. My dedication to staying active and fit has led me to try a variety of different fitness activities and challenges, and I have found a home in the CrossFit community at Tripod Fitness. As a parent of two children, I understand the importance of setting a good example and instilling healthy habits in the next generation. In 2021, I attended a CrossFit Kids Level 1 Certification in order to share the benefits of CrossFit that I have experienced in my own life, particularly with children. I am passionate about helping others, especially kids, lead healthy and active lives through the power of CrossFit whilst creating a positive and supportive environment for kids to learn and grow in their fitness journey. As a CrossFit kids coach, I am dedicated to creating a positive and supportive environment for kids to learn and grow in their fitness journey. I am constantly seeking out new ways to make workouts fun and engaging for kids, while still challenging them to push themselves and improve. I am passionate about helping others, especially kids, lead healthy and active lives through the power of CrossFit.
Hello everyone! I am a nurse by profession and have been working as a product specialist in medical devices for the past 3 years. I have always been passionate about sports since I was a kid. At the age of 13, I started Volleyball and spent 17 years playing and competing with the national team. I also trained a bit of OCR for a brief period.
In June 2020, I started a nutrition and fitness challenge with Pam and Christina. Tripod had just opened at that time, I had decided to start CrossFit and I never looked back 😊. I love the challenges it brought along and that there is always something to learn. My favorite movements are the HSPUs, power cleans and bar muscle ups. I have done the CrossFit Level 1 and CrossFit gymnastics course last summer and started coaching last January. I am always willing to learn more about CrossFit and fitness in general. I love the community and it makes me so happy to help other people improve by encouraging them, and making sure that they reach their goals.
My fitness journey started at a young age playing football with a local football club and also making it to the youth national team - a sport which I still love to this day.
I’ve discovered CrossFit a few years ago and I instantly got hooked to it, and it drove me to keep on training and improving everyday. With all its complex and diverse movements, CrossFit automatically drives you to push yourself in order to accomplish that specific skill, be it a gymnastic movement or an olympic lift. Whilst I'm still learning to this day, and have so much more to accomplish, my experience in this sport has already taught me so much, which is why I decided to get into coaching with the aim to assist other people becoming the best versions of themselves. Apart from training almost everyday, I enjoy spending my free time at the beach or out for a couple of drinks with friends!
