
CrossFit at Tripod focuses on full-body, functional movements such as lifting, squatting, running and more, performed at varying intensities. Classes combine Olympic lifting, gymnastics and cardio to improve strength, endurance and overall fitness.
Sessions are fully coached and scalable, allowing members of different experience levels to train safely and effectively. Our coaches focus on good movement, appropriate scaling and long-term progress, whether your goal is improving fitness, building strength or increasing energy levels.
