CrossFit Kids is an exciting and fun way for kids to exercise and learn healthy lifestyle habits early. We've created an engaging and welcoming atmosphere to coach your kids in a way that keeps them interested and motivated.

Your child will learn the basics of body control and exercise. We will go through the basic movements used in CrossFit in a fun games setting. Our kids program is perfect for all kids ages between 5-12, regardless of ability level or athletic experience.
