CrossFit Tripod's main focus is CrossFit, but it also offers other specialized fitness classes such as CrossFit Gymnastics, SWEAT and weightlifting, to name but a few. With a great mix of outdoor and indoor sessions, it truly is a unique and raw training experience.

Head Coach Christina Grima (CrossFit L2 + Gymnastics & Weightlifting L1 instructor) is joined by other qualified coaches that make up the CrossFit Tripod Coaching Team.  They have created a friendly, motivational and safe environment for anyone who wants to train with like-minded people.  Their goal is to make every member feel like they are part of one big and passionate community. You can expect a relaxed training environment that offers consistent coaching to help you reach your goals, after all, the moto at CrossFit Tripod is #buildingabetteryou.

We are located in the heart of Ta’ Qali, within the basketball area and open 7 days a week.



All of our coaches are qualified in a variety of disciplines ranging from CrossFit to Weightlifting, Gymnastics to OCR. Our expertise ensures that you stay safe and injury-free

whilst learning & progressing.
